The Tulane University Leadership Institute (TULI), seeks to identify and nurture future university leaders while enhancing the skills, insight, and vision of current leaders. The Institute’s offerings include intensive, hands-on leadership programs offered each academic year; professional one-on-one coaching services; custom programs and workshops for teams and departments; and developmental assessments to build self-awareness, enhance communication, and increase collaboration.
