Applications to the ELP 2024-2025 Cohort were due April 19, 2024. The ELP Application Submission portal is now closed.

 

Eligibility Criteria:

To be considered for the 2024-2025 ELP Cohort, applicants must meet the following criteria: 

  • Professional Experience: 
    • Must have at least 1 Direct Report. This must be confirmed by your supervisor/manager in your application documents. 
    • Must have a minimum of 2 years of employment at Tulane University by the start of the program in August 2024. 
  • Supervisor Support: 
    • Secures support from your direct supervisor/manager, ensuring active involvement in your skill development throughout the program. 
  • Program Commitment: 
    • Must be willing and able to attend 13 out of 17 synchronous group learning sessions. 
    • Must be willing and able to attend 5 out of 7 group coaching sessions. 
  • Commitment to Tulane University: 
  • Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion: 
    • Must demonstrate a commitment to creating a more equitable, diverse, and inclusive workplace and organization.

Application to the 2024-2025 ELP requires 3 documents—a complete ELP questionnaire, an updated resumé/CV, and a letter of support from your supervisor/manager. To prepare your application, please gather the following materials: 

  • ELP Applicant Questionnaire: 
    • Access the 2024-2025 ELP Questionnaire here. 
    • Complete the questionnaire and save it as a PDF using the file name: [LastName]_[FirstName]_ELPQuestionnaire.pdf 
      • File name example for applicant Hannah Morrow: 
        • Morrow_Hannah_ELPQuestionnaire.pdf 
  • Updated Resumé/CV: 
    • Include your current role at Tulane and relevant experience related to the Emerging Leaders Program. 
    • Save your resumé/CV as a PDF using the file name: [LastName]_[FirstName]_ELPresume.pdf 
      • File name example for applicant Hannah Morrow: 
        • Morrow_Hannah_ELPresume.pdf 
  • Supervisor Letter of Support: 
    • Obtain a Letter of Support from your current manager/supervisor. 
    • Use the ELP Supervisor Letter of Support template here. 
    • Save your ELP Letter of Support as a PDF using the file name: [LastName]_[FirstName]_ELPletter.pdf

Steps to Submit Your Application: 

  • Meet Eligibility Criteria: 
    • Ensure you meet the specified eligibility criteria as listed above. 
  • Prepare Application Materials: 
    • Collect your completed 2024-2025 ELP questionnaire, updated resumé/CV, and Letter of Support all saved in PDF formats. 
  • Access and Complete Qualtrics Application: 
    • Click below to access the 2024-2025 ELP Application form via Qualtrics. 
    • Complete the Qualtrics form (takes approximately 10 minutes). 
    • Upload your application document, resumé/CV, and Letter of Support (all saved in PDF formats) at the end of the Qualtrics form.
