Hi Fellow Tulanians! I am excited to participate in the Emerging Leaders Program. Having served Tulane for over 25 years, I truly must say that Tulane is a great place to be! Initiatives such as this program proves that Tulane in vested in its employees professional growth and development. I am looking for to completing the ELP with an even deeper sense of Tulane's Values especially as it pertains to being a great leader. I plan to use my learnings to help others professionally grow as well. 

I currently serve as the Employee Engagement Director in the Freeman School of Business which is also a new role which embraces welcoming and cultivating employees in their career at Tulane. The ELP will indeed complement my current duties. 

My hobbies are bike riding and roller skating. I serve as a President and Founder of a bicycle group, Sistahs On Wheels, and we ride in several Mardi Gras Parades on our bicycles and it's a fun time!
