Victor Holtcamp

Biography

Victor has been a professor and administrator in higher education for eighteen years, and came to professional coaching through ongoing work with colleagues, employees, and students. Drawing from past work as a program manager and project director in health care, Victor brings experience in systems building and analysis to challenges for individuals, teams, units, and institutions, with a particular emphasis on the unique opportunities, issues, and cultures of academia.
