Tessera Crockett (she/her)

Hi, I'm Tess, an Oregon native and a big lover of the outdoors. I've been in Louisiana for 9 years now and have found a passion for wetlands and expanded my love of nature here. The dire state of wetlands in LA led me to pursue a biology degree, which resulted in obtaining my bachelor’s and then Master of Science in Ecology/ Environmental Biology from SELU in 2021. Louisiana also has great people, food, and music! When I'm not working, I spend my time with my toddler, Ruby, introducing her to the wonders of nature, music, new foods, and the wide variety of offerings in Louisiana. I am excited to be a part of the Tulane team and look forward to the opportunities for growth here.
