Biography
Stephanie serves as a Senior Program Coordinator in the Office of Faculty Affairs at Tulane University's School of Medicine. In this role, she assists in managing initiatives that support faculty development and promote academic excellence, including overseeing faculty appointments, promotions, and academic
career development programs.
She holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from Tulane University (2023) and previously served as an Adjunct Lecturer teaching Studio Arts at the Newcomb Art Department. During her academic career, her research focused on the synergy between cognitive vision and optical phenomena, examining how internal perceptions shape our interaction with the external world.
Prior to joining Tulane, Stephanie spent over a decade as a director and education specialist, leading programs for non-profit art organizations and teaching courses from kindergarten through college level. She strives to create inclusive learning environments that empower both faculty and students, leveraging her expertise in mentorship and strategic planning to foster diversity, cultivate leadership skills, and promote positive change within the university community.
