Roz Butler (she/her)

I have been fortunate to have worked at Tulane University School of Business for the past 24 years. During my time here, I have served in different roles. Each opportunity has provided me with opportunities to expand my talents and achieve professional growth. In my roles, I have also witnessed the evolution of the business school and seen its extraordinary transformation and notable challenges. 

I’ve always seen my role as connecting individuals with the tremendous resources of Tulane. My current role as Director of EDI at Freeman allows my purpose to align with my profession. Being a part of the ELP will enhance my abilities as a leader and allow me to engage with other members of our Tulane community. 

I am a native New Orleanian and I love everything about being from here. I love the music, its architecture, how we socialize, and of course the food. My favorite passion is music. I love everything from classical to gospel. I am a twin (fraternal) and there are three sets of twins in my generation (all fraternal).
