Biography
My goals with coaching are to empower clients to understand their personal power and positionality to identify areas of growth and develop plans to build their skills and create change around them. Much of my training is rooted in anti-racist and inclusive frameworks, allowing us to have difficult conversations while exploring our relationship to institutions as well as inter-personally. My approach is tailored to each individual with a balance of actionable problem solving and introspective exploration. Clients I’ve worked with have praised my transparency around process, my ability to separate out institutional limitations from personal progress, and my ability to effectively work with LGBTQ / Queer and Trans and neurodiverse individuals. Coaching, to me, is a collaborative process where we can look outside the box for solutions and hold space to meet your personal and professional needs.
