Sean Knowlton (he/him/his)

As the Head of Digital Scholarship and Initiatives, Sean provides leadership for the library's efforts to promote and support digital scholarship initiatives. He identifies and implements evolving digital tools and resources that advance scholarly investigation while building upon traditional research methodologies. Working with faculty, researchers and students, he seeks to further successful use and integration of digital tools in research, teaching and learning and is a partner and resource person for subject librarians and curators. As a librarian and a manager, he strives to maintain a beginner's mind and to be a learning leader who is open to the perspective of others with the goal of engaging creativity in his staff.
