Kishan Kendrick (she/her)

Being in Health care for the past 19 years has been rewarding and educational. I would not change anything about my journey. For the past 7 1/2 years I have worked in TUMG Revenue Cycle department. 3 of those 7 1/2 years I have been the Training Specialist to new and current employees. It has opened my eyes to the many moving parts of this business and patient care. Meeting and working with many influential people have influenced me to strive for more within this line of work. I am forever grateful to the leadership and mentors. 

I first learned of the ELP from a mentor. This was something I definitely wanted to experience and be a part of. I am looking forward learning new ways to reach the people I work with daily and improving my leadership skills. I believe a great leader is essential and I cannot wait to embark on this part of my career.
