Neha Upadhyay (she/her)

Currently, I serve as a Clinical Trials Project Manager at the Tulane Center for Clinical Research. With a background in Dental Surgery and a Master's in Public Health Epidemiology, I bring over a decade of experience in healthcare to my role. Graduating with a public health degree amidst a global pandemic ignited my passion for clinical research. I collaborated with my team on COVID medication and vaccine research, contributing during what is arguably the most vulnerable time of our generation. 

I am eager to participate in the Emerging Leaders Program to enhance my leadership skills. Mastering these skills will help me captain our ship more effectively. Looking ahead, I envision myself taking on greater responsibilities, and this program will play a crucial role in achieving my future career goals. 

Outside of work, I'm a passionate 'yes' person. Whether it's enjoying holidays, diving into books, grooving to jazz music, dancing until dawn, or engaging in hours-long geopolitical discussions with friends, I embrace it all with enthusiasm.
