Jessie McClain (she/her)

Jessica P. McClain is a native of the New Orleans area and an attorney. She attended Loyola University in New Orleans, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism and a Juris Doctor. She has been a licensed attorney since 2011 and has worked throughout the New Orleans community, serving as Special Assistant to the Criminal Justice Commissioner, a local law firm, as an Assistant District Attorney in the Orleans Parish DA’s Office, and as a law clerk in Civil District Court before joining Tulane Law School as a Career Counselor & Director of OCI Programming. Jessica is passionate about supporting and guiding students to success and excited to become more immersed in the culture and leadership community at Tulane. 

When she is not working, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, Jeremiah and Jordan. Jessica has always been a bookworm at heart, but also enjoys jigsaw puzzles, cooking, traveling, and pushing personal boundaries to explore new experiences at home and abroad.
