Biography

Florice Numbi, MD, MPH, is the Clinical Project Manager at Tulane University Center for Clinical Research (TCCR) with over six years of experience conducting, managing, and overseeing clinical and epidemiological research. 

Florice started as a clinical research coordinator at Tulane Center for Clinical Research in 2020 and has worked as a clinical trials trainer and project manager since then. Florice is leading a team that carries over 15 clinical trials to bring positive and timely trial results. 

Florice received his Medical Degree in 2015 from the University of Lubumbashi in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, his master’s in public health with a concentration in Epidemiology in 2020 from Tulane University, and he is pursuing an MBA at Tulane. 

Florice is a firm believer in the crucial role of clinical research in bringing transformative medicines and knowledge to improve patient outcomes. He is using the ELP program to develop his leadership skills further to alleviate some of the challenges in clinical research leadership and create a better work environment.
