I’m a social worker by profession and a native New Orleanian. I’ve been employed with the Sickle Cell Center of Southern Louisiana at Tulane for more than 21 years. My focus is on ensuring individuals diagnosed with sickle cell disease receive quality, efficient and timely care. Care that not only focuses on the medical component but also addresses the mental and social impact of living with a chronic illness.
