Dr. Eman Toraih, Assistant Research Professor at Tulane University School of Medicine, combines scientific expertise with a passion for inclusive leadership. As a proactive leader, she has introduced innovative tools at Tulane, ensuring equal access for all. Dr. Toraih mentors diverse students and colleagues, bridging cultural gaps in academia. Her adaptability during crises and dedication to fostering an inclusive environment reflect her commitment to creating a more equitable academic landscape.
Beyond research, Dr. Toraih actively volunteers in community service, addressing social inequities. She continues to seek opportunities to develop her leadership skills and promote diversity in healthcare and
education. Outside work, Dr. Toraih cherishes time with her three boys and one girl, and enjoys exploring museums.
