My coaching journey began in student leadership, partnering with college leaders as they built confidence and developed their leadership voice. Over time, that work expanded into coaching mid- and senior-level managers across higher education, with a focus on leadership growth, transition, and organizational complexity.

In my current role as Director for Planning and Outreach and Deputy for Stakeholder Engagement in the President’s Office, I work at the intersection of strategy, executive priorities, and institutional relationships. This perspective strengthens the systems-oriented lens I bring to coaching, helping leaders understand how influence is built, priorities align, and decisions move through complex organizations.

I primarily partner with mid-level managers and rising senior leaders who are navigating change, expanding responsibility, or redefining their leadership identity. My coaching is grounded in reflective inquiry, deep listening, and practical strategy, creating a space that is both supportive and appropriately challenging. Together, we focus on building clarity, confidence, influence, and solutions that serve both people and outcomes.

My professional background spans student leadership development, curriculum design, executive planning, c-suite support, chief of staff-related work, and institutional strategy. I hold a Certified Leadership Coach certification and an Intercultural Leadership certification from the Tulane University Leadership Institute, along with degrees in Biological Sciences and Higher Education Administration from the University of Mississippi.

At the heart of my work is a belief that leadership is a catalyst for growth, clarity, and shared solutions. Outside of work, I am a runner, classic car enthusiast, reader, and arts observer—interests that continue to shape my perspective on discipline, creativity, and leadership.
