We offer several types of coaching to address different needs:

  • Strengths-Based Leadership Coaching: Focuses on leveraging your CliftonStrengths to enhance your leadership capabilities.

  • Career Development Coaching: Helps individuals map out career paths, set goals, and navigate transitions.
  • Team Coaching: Aims to improve team dynamics, communication, and performance through collaborative coaching.

The coaching process begins with an initial consultation to discuss your goals and determine the best approach. Afterward, you will engage in regular coaching sessions, which can be conducted in person or virtually, based on your preference. The frequency and duration of the sessions are customized to fit your needs.

A normal coaching agenda during routine sessions will include the following:

  • Establishing coachability
  • Reviewing progress, updates, action items, and homework
  • Establishing session objectives/ discuss topics
  • Discuss session goals
  • Reviewing session/ determining action items (if applicable)
  • Determining date and time of next session, and closing session

Sessions should not exceed the time of one hour.  They may last longer on occasion if there are other areas which need to be addressed such as work-related issues or an assessment de-brief but will be the exception versus the rule.  The sessions will begin and end on time unless both the coach and the client have both agreed to altering the timeframe, prior to the start of a session.

The coach and client may meet in‐person, via zoom or by phone which should be agreed to in advance.  The scheduled day and time of the sessions will be agreed to at the onset of the service and may be modified with at least 48 hours’ notice.

If the client need to reschedule a coaching session, they will do so with at least 48 hours’ notice. If the coach needs to reschedule a coaching session, they will also do so with at least 48 hours’ notice.

1-1 Coaching cycles will be for 6 sessions over 6 months. The session frequency should be determined by the needs of the client, and the  Coach and client should use initial session to determine the most effective frequency based on their needs.  This can mean coach and client meet weekly or bi weekly for the first 2 or 3 sessions, and then allow for more time to go by between later sessions. Or whatever variation works best for the client.  If coach and client meet for 6 sessions more frequently (say weekly) and there is a month or two left over in the 6 month coaching contract, then a new coaching cycle contract should be established.

  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality around the reasons and circumstances of the termination, per the ethical guidelines outlined in the document.
  • Documentation: The TULI coaching program coordinator should keep a record of the termination process, including the rationale and any agreed-upon terms, and store this securely per the record-keeping policies and for future learning and evaluation.
  • Feedback: The TULI coaching program coordinator will also obtain feedback from the client on their experience to identify areas for improvement in the termination process or coaching program overall.
