Biography
I have over 35 years of experience in broad range of areas including business operations, strategic planning, financial management, higher education, leadership development, dining services, personnel management. In addition, I have supported both graduate and undergraduate students with developing their career strategy in pursuing internships and or full-time jobs.
My coaching philosophy is people focused as I am passionate about partnering with high achievers in reaching their goals. I accomplish this by supporting clients in recognizing their strengths, motivations, and interests understanding their skills, eliminating distractions and maintaining focus and momentum to producing their desired results.
