Experience
Beth has over 18 years of experience in broad range of areas including financial management, business operations, facility management, higher education, leadership development, and personnel management in both large and small organizations. In addition, she has developed and taught highly successful university courses in business and leadership.
Beth has a diverse range of leadership and managerial experience. Currently she is serving as the Chief Business Officer for the School of Liberal Arts at Tulane University leading strategy for business, financial, and operation units and departments. She focuses much of her work around creating high performing teams through a people focused approach, centered around identifying the strengths and passions of people in her areas. Previously she served as an Assistant Dean in Newcomb-Tulane College at Tulane University and Director of Internal Audit at Tulane University.
Beth’s coaching style is built on connecting with her clients to enable authentic communication. Through effective communication she helps her clients identify their talents and strengths, clarify their goals, and align to their personal values. Beth hopes to be a positive force for those looking to get centered around accomplishing their goals and achieving their dreams.
