Tulane University Leadership Institute

Established in 2020 under the leadership of President Mike Fitts as a vital part of the university's Plan for Now, the Tulane University Leadership Institute (TULI) identifies and develops the leaders of Tulane's future. Led by Director Kim Fleming and Program Manager Hannah S. Morrow, TULI offers transformational and experiential leadership programs, evidence-based coaching, and professional development assessments to enhance the leadership skills of our dedicated faculty and staff. Guided by Tulane’s mission, we equip individuals, teams, and communities with the knowledge and skills to think, learn, act, and lead with integrity and wisdom.
