About TULI
Established in 2020 under the leadership of President Mike Fitts as a vital part of the university's Plan for Now, the Tulane University Leadership Institute (TULI) indentifies and develops the leaders of Tulane's future. Led by Executive Director Rob Hailey, Director Kim Fleming, and Manager Hannah S. Morrow, TULI offers transformational and experiential leadership programs, like the Emerging Leaders Program and the Anti-Racism Leadership Program, to enhance the leadership skills of our dedicated faculty and staff. Guided by principles of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, Growth Mindset, community-based engagement, and dynamic leadership, TULI prepares participants to become impactful leaders who will shape the university's future.
